Statewide Real Estate, offers incredible investing programs  to our clients seeking guidance in real estate investing. Whether you are new to real estate investing, a seasoned investor, or an investment company looking to expand your portfolio, we have opportunities for you. Projects for our investors range from single family residential homes to commercial properties and small residential subdivisions throughout the country. Flat Interest Rate

   As of 8-1-05,  investors currently receive up to 18% annual return on all monies invested. Contracts are (12) month term contracts. This program is designed for the conservative or the investor just starting out in real estate investing. Additional information

EXAMPLE: An investor invests $10K  for a period of (12) months. These monies are in turn invested into real estate projects, purchased and managed by Pike Development. In (12) months the principle of $10K & the (18%) interest of $1,800, TOTAL $11,800 is returned to the investor.

Equity Partnerships

   This program is designed for the more experienced investor or the investor who is capable of accepting a higher risk with the opportunity of receiving a greater ROI or "return on investment". Investors invest into a partnership agreement and in return receive a percentage of equity upon the sale of the project / property.

EXAMPLE: A fourplex in foreclosure is picked up for $350K (Investor invests $15K) and utilizing Pike Development, is fixed up and sold (2) years later under our Home Buyers Assistance Program for $580K, resulting in a $230K profit. Excluding the repair costs of $15K, the NET PROFITS are $215K with (2) investors, the Investor receives $107,500 Profit! The advantage being Pike Development (the 2nd. investor) handled the contract work, the property management, assured the monthly mortgage was paid, processed the real estate and finance transactions, and assumed 50% of the liability!  $0 Down Equity Partner

   With good credit, our investors are able to take advantage of our Equity Partnership program (above) and receive a percentage of the partnerships profits. This program may require a small contribution into the partnership, which may be credited back upon the sale of the project / property. This program is designed for those with little or no available monies to invest , but that have good credit. (Additional Information) Contact agent
