   Statewide Real Estate Mortgage and Investments will assist developers and homebuilders in their search for home sales, specifically in soft markets. We will not solicit your business with normal everyday marketing and sales techniques most brokers use to sell your homes.

   We are a very extensive "one stop shop" with very creative methods and procedures for closing many sales, at full price in a very short period.

   We  require only short term listing agreements with brokers fees increasing only with the increase in sales. All of this while not having to drop your asking price (typical answer with most real estate agencies). 

   

Our methods are really quite simple.

1. We will review the floor plans and price ranges of those properties you are requiring assistance in selling and offer you an agreed upon market value for each property and a time we feel we can sell them in.

2. Next we will assign our real estate consultants to your properties who will in turn process all of the necessary paperwork for you and our Buyers.  

3. Our typical escrows will vary between 15-30 days/ property due to the fact that we have in house lenders.

4. You continue doing what you do best "build homes and count the home sales".

   

What is our real angle & how are we so confident?

1. All of our Buyers are investors who we have thoroughly reviewed and / or worked with in the past and we have pre-approved their finances.

2. We then process our investors homes thru our Home Buyers Assistance Program which maintains a long waiting list ensuring ahead of time we know our probability in selling your properties as soon as we have finished our first conversation with you.
